Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and a keen interest in maintaining financial records accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice preparation, and filing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documents.
• Handle petty cash and daily cash reports.
• Prepare and verify bills, vouchers, and purchase orders.
• Reconcile bank statements and other account balances.
• Support with GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation and staff reimbursements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice clarifications.
• Ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: B.Com or equivalent (M.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in accounts or finance.
• Knowledge of accounting software like Tally ERP, MS Excel, etc.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidates only, as per team diversity requirements.
• Candidates residing near the workplace location preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
