Accounts Assistant

Job Title: Account Assistant (Fresher)
Client: A Foreign MNC – Japanese Construction Company
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Fresher
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting entries and documentation
• Post transactions and maintain ledgers using Tally (mandatory)
• Support vendor payment processing and bank reconciliations
• Help prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and data collection
• Assist during audits and ensure timely submission of required documents

Candidate Profile:

• B.Com or equivalent commerce graduate
• Tally knowledge is a must
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel and data handling
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to ₹2.5 LPA
