Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, invoices, and bills.
  • Handle data entry for purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and process bank reconciliations.
  • Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
  • Assist with monthly and yearly closing processes.
  • Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and receipts.
  • File and organize accounting documents for easy retrieval.
  • Support auditors during internal and external audits.

  • Qualification & Experience:
  • Education: B.Com OR equivalent degree in Accounting
  • Experience: 0–3 years in accounting or finance roles (freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
  • BASIC REQUIREMENT
  • MS OFFICE
  • TALLY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
