Accounts Assistant (Females Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, tracking payments, and managing billing and collections.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately entering financial transactions into accounting systems and maintaining organized financial records.
• Administrative Support: Performing various clerical duties such as filing, managing mail, answering calls, and responding to emails.
• Compliance: Ensuring all financial activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure balances are correct and identifying any discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Education: While not always mandatory, a degree in accounting or finance is often preferred, along with practical experience in a similar role.
