Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately entering financial transactions into accounting systems and maintaining organized financial records. Administrative Support: Performing various clerical duties such as filing, managing mail, answering calls, and responding to emails. Compliance: Ensuring all financial activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure balances are correct and identifying any discrepancies. Required Skills & Qualifications Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
