Role Summary:
The Accounts Assistant will handle routine accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in day-to-day operations.
KRA: Task / Activities:
· Maintain books of accounts using Tally
· Record vouchers, journal entries, and ledger postings
· Handle accounts payable and receivable
· Assist in bank reconciliation and cash management
· Prepare basic financial reports and statements
· Support statutory compliance and audit activities
KPI: Performance Metrics:
· Accuracy of accounting entries
· Timely completion of assigned tasks
· Compliance with accounting standards and processes
· Quality and correctness of reports
Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit):
Required Skills:
Preferred skills:
· Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles
· Proficiency in MS Excel
· Good numerical and analytical skills, Exposure to GST basics
· Experience in handling audits
