Job Description

To Supervise complete accounting activities, checking of various financial statements, MIS, reports, and its analysis for effective cost control measures and ensuring compliance to all statutory and legal compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Study & identify VAT/GST compliance for timely implementation.
Interact with Tax Authorities / Auditors/Consultants for handling tax liability.
Ensure timely Legal/statutory compliances.
Review & submit various details to the Auditors and arrange reply to queries of Auditors.
Support large scale negotiations on contracts, raw materials, transportation & mining law.
Preparation of report showing deviation of compliance on monthly basis for management review.
Ensure compliance of all the CFD circulars, ICQ, & SOPs etc., provide clarification to other departments.
Review of land documents to ensure proper control of property.
Compiling & review unit level data for preparation of annual Budget.
Analyzing the expenditures incurred and raising concern in case of noncompliance to budgetary parameters.
