Management of Corporate Accounts, Audits, Finalization of Accounts, preparation of annual financial statements and other financial reportsDeveloping accounting information system and internal control systemFund Management, Planning, Resource & MobilizationOverseeing preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, TDS Returns, Service Tax Returns & VAT ReturnsOverseeing preparation and filing of annual return& other documents with ROCOverseeing preparation of Minutes and other Secretarial recordsOverseeing the accounts and finance teamExperience: 15+ Years
