Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, finalization of accounts, and monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting.

Project & Real Estate Finance:

Manage project-wise budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
Monitor receivables and coordinate with sales teams for collections and invoicing (including GST invoicing).

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

Manage fund flow, working capital requirements, and vendor payments.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and highlight funding requirements in advance.
Coordinate with banks for disbursements, overdrafts, and loan compliance (DSRA, interest servicing, etc.).

MIS & Reporting:

Prepare MIS reports for management including cash flow, profitability, cost variance, and financial ratios.
Present financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Sound knowledge of
real estate accounting and taxation
.
Hands-on experience with
ERP
and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of
project-based accounting
and
RERA
compliance.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred Background:

Experience in real estate firms or real estate audit teams.
Exposureto TDR accounting, JDA structures, or SPV accounting is an added advantage.
