Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and coordinating directly with our Chartered Accountant for compliance and clarification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update client ledgers regularly.
• Record all receipt and payment entries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and manage TDR records and entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely GST payments and filing coordination.
• Follow up for payment collection from clients and maintain updated records.
• Maintain and reconcile expense ledgers and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with the company’s Chartered Accountant (CA) for clarifications, audit queries, and statutory compliance.
• Assist in internal audits and provide required documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally
• Basic understanding of GST regulations and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and coordination with CA.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 16500 Per month

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,500.00 per month
