Accounts Administrator

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting audits while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expenses, and petty cash transactions.
• Maintain accounts receivable/payable records.
• Assist with financial reports, tax filings, and audits.
• Update accounting databases and reconcile discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• The ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers.
• Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of Tally/QuickBooks/SAP preferred.
