Accounts Administrator

You will be responsible for managing accounting operations at FTRIC as an Account Administrator. Your role will involve reconciling bank statements, assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing petty cash and small accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies, communicating effectively with vendors, customers, and internal staff, and handling general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com). CA Intermediate qualification is also acceptable. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role. - Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP). - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Female candidates residing in the nearby locality will be given preference. - Languages: English & Malayalam Please note that this is a full-time position based in Malappuram, Kerala. You will need to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The preferred education level is a Master's degree.
