Kombucherie Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Dad’s Hack Kombucha, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Senior Executive to support our Finance, Admin, HR, Inventory, and Operations functions.
You will primarily work from our Indiranagar office, with regular coordination and visits to our factory teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

• Daily bookkeeping and invoicing using accounting software (Zoho or similar).
• Invoice creation and coordination with the warehouse for dispatch.
• GST, PT and TDS working, filing and compliance.
• Recording and maintaining all financial transactions including monthly bills, purchases, sales, and expenses.
• Handling all banking-related transactions.
• Preparing weekly and monthly MIS/financial reports.
• Managing customer outstanding balances, B2B payment follow-ups and collections.
• Coordination with the Auditor and Company Secretary.
• Managing annual tax filings, regulatory submissions, and supporting statutory audits.

Admin & HR

• Overseeing general office administration.
• Maintaining and updating stock inventory for raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinating with vendors and maintaining cordial relations with customer finance teams.
• Vendor onboarding, registration and administration.
• Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
• Managing ESI and PF processes and supporting HR documentation.
• Monitoring and managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts/Admin roles (experience in FMCG, production, or food brands is a plus).
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting tools.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently handle finance, admin, HR and cross-functional tasks.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
