Accounts & Admin Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reporting imprest for the school in both hard and soft formats. Additionally, you will need to reconcile cash and bank books on a monthly basis. It will be your duty to maintain accurate records of school fixed assets and related reports. You will also be required to keep a comprehensive record of vehicle expenditure and receipts. You will collaborate with the accounts officer at the head office on all accounting-related matters and ensure reporting deadlines are met. Furthermore, you will provide support to the accounts and finance department by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks.
