Role & responsibilities

Issue Invoices to Clients and follow up collections.

Email Financials and other documents to client for Signatures and follow up

Save client document in correct Data folder

Prepare letters and correspondence

Answer Client Queries in a timely manner

Update accounting transactions into Quickbooks

Run Payroll for Clients

Prepare Individual and Company Tax Return

Preferred candidate profile

Accounting Graduate.

Should have your own Laptop with Dual Monitors.

Minimum 5 years Accounting and Payroll experience essential.

Proficient in Quickbooks Accounting Software.

Proficient in Thunderbird Email, Outlook, Excel, Word.
