Job Description

Minimum 4 Years of Professional Experience in Procurement, Contract Management, and Material master management

Shift timings (IST): 5.30PM 3:00AM
Work from office: Monday to Friday
Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, including initiation, negotiation, approval, execution, renewal, and closeout.
Partner with internal stakeholders to define contract requirements (SOR/SOW), ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and organizational policies.
Maintain a centralized repository for contracts and monitor critical milestones such as renewal dates, expirations, and deliverables.
Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive contract performance and maximize value.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and manage data effectively.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, supported by strong communication skills to articulate ideas and engage diverse stakeholders.
Embrace a growth mindset, proactively seeking opportunities for learning and process ownership.
Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and completion of questionnaires.
Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and take ownership of outcomes.
Experience in leveraging procurement tools and technologies
Procurement experience in Automobile Industry is added advantage
Experience with Direct Purchasing
Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Should be capable of handling complex inquiries, serve as the point of contact on issue resolution
Night Shift is Mandatory
Good communication skills (Oral and written)
The ECR representative is responsible for managing the Engineering Change Request process across product lines. This includes initiating, evaluating, coordinating, and implementing changes to product designs, components, or manufacturing processes. The role ensures that all changes are documented, approved, and executed efficiently to support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Execute material data maintenance in ECR/EMerge, including creation, updates, and cleansing
Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Continuously improve ECR/ECO processes and contribute to KPI development
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
