Job Description

This Position reports to:

Team Lead- Intercompany

Your role and responsibilities:In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Participating in internal initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within the Accounts Receivables team.
Performing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
Complying with and helping achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in Accounts Receivable team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
Executing accounting analyses and maintaining relevant transaction documentation within area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications for the role:

You are immersed in and enjoy working with SAP and P2P tools and methodologies in the procurement and enterprise resource planning (ERP) market.
Ability to demonstrate your experience in SAP and P2P processes. You have fresh experience or 12 years of experience in procurement and ERP workflows.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Excel and are highly adept at using spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
You are passionate about good communication and collaboration, and you bring strong interpersonal skills to team environments.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce or a related field.
You are at ease communicating in English.
