Job Description

Maintaining financial records: Keeping track of all expenses and transactions made by the organization.
Reconciling accounts: Comparing financial statements with actual transactions to identify discrepancies.
Analyzing financial trends: Reviewing expenses and financial data to provide recommendations to senior executives.
Ensuring compliance: Following standard procedures and regulations to maintain financial integrity.
Preparing reports: Assisting with financial audits and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Semi-qualified CA, ICWA/CMA or equivalent certification is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in financial accounting and reconciliation roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
