Accounting Manager : Controllership & Accounting

Job Description Expert Knowledge of Financial Reporting , IND AS / IFRS is a must Working level experience in SAP is a required with strong analytical skills and attention to detail Conducts end to end tasks for the Month end closures. Supervises & provides support for Quarter end closure & Financial Year ( Applicable for India ) & also for Interim & Year end closure (IFRS Closing) Coordinates with Auditors & ensure no non compliances or major deviations occur during audit Checks for Process Weaknesses & Initiates CIP ( Continuous Improvement Program ) Communicates & provides key MIS data regularly with Divisions and Legal entities Controls and monitors quality performance of team with Key performance Indicators & Service level agreements with internal customers Ensure Optimization of service delivery by effective delegation of tasks to the team Promote a healthy work environment ensuring & manage Associate career development Promotes and Drives process standardization & automation Qualifications Chartered Accountant with 7+yrs of work experience is a preferred , CMA with relevant experience may be considered Additional Information Work Experience across external reporting in a manufacturing environment / Automotive industry is preferred .
