Job Description

Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for Accrete AI s India-based entity.
Collaborate with the US accounting team to ensure seamless and timely financial close processes.
Develop and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with US GAAP standards.
Implement and optimize advanced accounting software to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations across multi-entity operations in India and the US.

Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (equivalent to Chartered Accountant or a relevant professional qualification in India).
CPA, CMA, or CA certification.
3-5 years of experience
working with
US GAAP
and international accounting standards.
5-8 years of overall experience
in accounting or finance roles.
Proven experience collaborating with
multinational teams
across geographies (India and US preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organization and manage both day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives.
