Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive (AR/AP) located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role will also involve coordinating with various departments and vendors, managing invoices, and performing general accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• SAP experience must to have
• Proficiency in financial record keeping and account reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the FMCG, Healthcare or Wellness industry is a plus
