Accounting Control Senior Analyst

Role Overview: As an Accounting Control Senior Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be part of the Accounting Close work stream, responsible for the month-end accounting and reporting process. Your primary function will involve processing standard adjustments on the ledger, working on IFRS/HGB & BASTA P&L & Balance Sheet, performing validation checks of financials in Business Consolidation statements, Balance Sheet substantiation, and additional Financial Disclosures. Additionally, you will participate in control initiatives to ensure accurate, timely, and quality service delivery in a risk-free controlled environment, aiming for overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for various Accounting Close production activities including head office reporting, IUC accounting & reporting, management reporting, MRP & reconciliations, misc. reporting, managing internal & external audit queries, validation checks and reconciliation of financials, statistical uploads and disclosures in BCS, escalations, preparing & submitting forms within deadlines, ensuring 4-eye principle, process checklist/controls adherence, recognizing control weakness, building relationships with stakeholders, supporting global projects, and executing tasks delegated by Team Manager.
