Accounting Control Senior Analyst

You will be part of the Accounting Close work stream as an Accounting Control Senior Analyst in Pune, India. Your primary responsibility will be the month-end accounting and reporting process, including processing standard adjustments on the ledger, working on IFRS/HGB & BASTA P&L & Balance Sheet, validation checks of financials in Business Consolidation statements, balance sheet substantiation, and additional financial disclosures. You will also participate in control initiatives to ensure accurate, timely, and quality delivery of services within a risk-free controlled environment for Deutsche Bank's client satisfaction. - Responsible for various Accounting Close production activities including head office reporting, IUC accounting & reporting, management reporting, MRP & reconciliations, misc. reporting, managing internal & external audit queries, validation checks and reconciliation of financials in BCS system, statistical uploads and disclosures in BCS, escalations, preparing & submitting forms within deadlines, ensuring 4 eye principle, following process checklists/controls, recognizing control weaknesses, building strong relationships with stakeholders, executing tasks delegated by Team manager, and supporting global projects. - Relevant experience of 1-3 years in Reporting - Strong Accounting skills - Good understanding of SAP System architecture - Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Understanding of IFRS Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits including best in class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for industry relevant certifications and education, employee assistance program, hospitalization insurance, accident and term life insurance, health screening, training and development opportunities, coaching and support, flexible benefits, and a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment.,
