Exposure to
retail/FMCG
preferred.
Comfortable with store visits and operational follow-ups.
Interest in AI/automation tools. We are looking for a
Finance & MIS Executive
to manage daily accounting, retail MIS reporting, bank/vendor coordination, and basic automation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, payables/receivables, cash flow & reconciliations.
Assist in preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & financial reports.
Create and maintain
Excel/Power BI dashboards
; automate regular MIS reports.
Track key retail KPIs: sales, margins, stock turns, discounts, shrinkage, footfall.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, payment gateways for OD/CC, POS, settlements.
Handle vendor payments, documentation, and dispute resolution.
Support retail store operations; conduct store visits for data validation.
Use
AI tools (ChatGPT, Power BI AI, RPA)
to improve reporting and efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong accounting & finance knowledge.
Advanced Excel
(formulas, pivots, dashboards) & working knowledge of
Power BI
.
Experience with
Tally/SAP/ERP
.
Good communication & coordination skills.
