We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage both accounting operations and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting, along with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Accounting

• Customer invoicing and vendor bill processing
• TDS verification and statutory compliance checks
• Coordination with external accounting team
• Expense records and timely bill collections
• Monthly reconciliation and financial documentation

Administration

• Day-to-day office operations and administration
• Record-keeping and documentation
• Coordination with office staff and vendors
• Facility management and workplace supplies

• 4+ years of experience in accounting and admin
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt (training will be provided if needed)
• Prior experience in the services industry is a plus
