Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting & Admin Executive who can handle both accounting operations and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic accounting tasks along with hands-on experience in office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

Handle customer invoicing and vendor bill processingAssist in TDS verification and statutory compliance checksCoordinate closely with the external accounting teamMaintain expense records and ensure timely bill collectionsSupport monthly reconciliation activities and basic financial documentation

Administration Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and general administrationMaintain internal records, files, and documentationCoordinate with office staff and vendors as neededManage facility needs, supplies, and ensure smooth workplace functioning

Who We're Looking For:

Candidates with 4+ years of experience in accounting and admin (or more senior candidates is preferable)Basic understanding of accounting concepts is mandatoryStrong organizational and coordination skillsWillingness to learn and adapt (Training will be provided if required)Prior experience in the services industry is a plus
