Accountant(Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements.
• Publish financial statements in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process.
• Provide support during external and internal audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 or 2 years of proven experience as an Accountant.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like [e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle].
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
