Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and ledgers.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare returns.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and financial regulations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift
  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Puducherry, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Account management: 1 year (Preferred)
