Job Description: Sterling Agrichem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, invoices, and expense records Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Assist with audits and internal financial reviews Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Coordinate with other departments for financial inputs Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred: Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry will be an added advantage Show more Show less
