Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconciling bank statements and other financial data to ensure accuracy will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting activities to support the financial planning process. Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will also be required to support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Prepare and analyze financial reports - Reconcile bank statements and financial data - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Ensure compliance with accounting regulations - Support internal and external audits Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy In addition to the core responsibilities, you will also be involved in tax compliance activities (e.g., TDS, GST), assisting with vendor contracts, and providing financial analysis and reporting to management. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.,
