Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime with Edit Log and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS). The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting related to purchase, sales, reconciliation, inventory, and debtors management. Key Responsibilities: Record and manage purchase and sales transactions in Tally Prime (Edit Log enabled). Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Maintain and monitor inventory records including stock in/out and consumption tracking. Manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining debtor ledgers. Ensure that all entries are accurately posted and reflect actual transactions. Assist with basic tax-related accounting work and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely flow of purchase/sales documents and data. Prepare summaries and working sheets in Excel using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc. Key Requirements: Education: B.Com / M.Com / or equivalent. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in accounting roles. Software Skills: Tally Prime with Edit Log enabled – mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel – especially lookup functions and conditional formulas. Good understanding of accounting principles related to purchases, sales, inventory, and receivables. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle data efficiently and meet deadlines.
