Job Description

We're seeking a reliable and versatile Accounts Assistant to handle invoicing, administrative tasks, and occasional fieldwork

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial documents accurately.Manage office paperwork, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.Handle basic accounting tasks like reconciling accounts and tracking expenses.Perform outside duties, such as client visits, document delivery, or supplier coordination.Support team with ad-hoc administrative needs to keep operations running seamlessly.

Requirements:1-3 years of experience in accounts, invoicing, or admin roles.Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally or QuickBooks), and basic office tools.
