Job Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC/VMC machines (milling and turning) for precision components.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, Fanuc, Siemens, or similar systems.
• Perform tool setup, fixture design, and quality inspections to meet GD&T standards.
• Ensure efficient production with minimal downtime and high accuracy.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation (milling/turning/VMC).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tool selection, and precision machining.
• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings and ensure quality standards.
• Immediate joiners preferred; candidates based in Ahmedabad/Gujarat are a plus.
