Primary Responsibilities:
1.Maintaining Books of accounts on a daily basis & accounts review.
2.Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cash flow Statement and working capital.
3.Preparing & filing GST returns and tax payments.
4.Preparing & filing TDS returns and payment of tax.
5.Preparing MIS reports. Coordinate with the Auditor.
6.Preparing Daily Expenses sheet and writing expense vouchers.
7.Preparation of Stock Statement & Debtors statements for banks.
8.Preparing bank statements ,making daily payments through RTGS, NEFT going to bank and submitting LC documents at banks and coordinating for payments
9.Preparation of Project Reports
10.Doing other daily administrative tasks in office
