Urgent Hiring: Senior Accountant Real Estate

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and property-related accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate or construction accounting, with a proven ability to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for projects
Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month/year-end closing
Ensure compliance with GST, VAT, Property Tax, Income Tax, and support audits
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, tenant billing, and vendor payments
Track real estate assets, depreciation, and conduct financial due diligence
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with RERA and accounting standards
Requirements
Qualifications: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
Experience: Must have experience in real estate or construction accounting
Technical Skills: Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar ERP systems
Strong analytical, compliance, and leadership skills
