Accountant

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and reporting financial information, analyzing data, preparing financial reports, budgets, tax returns, and accounting records. Your key responsibilities and duties will include: - Organizing accounting records such as registers, ledgers, journals, and individual accounts - Evaluating and reconciling diverse financial operations, inspecting and confirming source documents - Assisting with tax returns when required - Accruing journals and performing balance sheet reconciliations - Managing schedules of standard objectives, financial statements, and reports - Maintaining relevant spreadsheets, online databases, and all accounting software - Supervising invoices and ensuring the contract filing system is up to date - Undertaking audits as directed - Maintaining technical knowledge by researching accounting policies and regulations - Performing analysis on account records and reconciling statements for month-end Skills/Attributes required for this role include a strong understanding of Accounting systems and processes, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, being proactive, highly motivated, and flexible, highly organized with attention to detail, time and schedule sensitive, experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Accountancy, or Finance is preferred along with 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping. The required education is a Bachelor's degree, and the preferred experience includes 2 years in Accounting, 1 year in Tally, and a total of 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person.,
