Knowledge of managing and maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book, Sales, Purchase, Journal, Stock and Manufacturing Vouchers.
Must have Busy Accounting Software knowledge
Post & process journal entries to ensure all business transactions recorded
Update accounts receivable & issue invoices
Update accounts payable & perform reconciliations
Must have knowledge of Production Entries
Create PI/Quotations
Complete Knowledge of GST, TDS record maintenance and ensuring compliance with GST filings
Handling financial transactions and liaisoning with bank
Ensuring accuracy in Sundry Debtors and Creditors statements.
Prepare &submit weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Busy Accounting Software
MS Office
MS Excel and Google Sheets
GST & TDS Compliance
Financial Reporting and Bookkeeping
