Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in GST compliance, TDS, and income tax filing, along with experience in handling day-to-day accounting in a clinic, or healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of patient billing, vendor payments, and daily cash collections.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) in a timely manner.
Manage TDS deductions, challans, and filing of returns (24Q, 26Q).
Handle income tax filing for the organization and assist with tax planning.
Reconcile patient accounts, TPA claims.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, healthcare billing rules, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and file income tax returns for the organization and support tax assessments.
Manage Form 16 preparation and distribution to employees annually.

Required Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent degree.
Minimum 1 year to 3 years of accounting experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, and MS Excel.
Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, income tax laws, and Form 16 generation.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
