Accountant

P99soft is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of EPF, TDS, and Vendor TDS returns.
• Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and implement necessary changes.

• Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in the finalization of annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

• Vendor Payments:

• Process vendor payments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions.

• GST Compliance:

• Ensure accurate calculation and filing of GST returns.
• Stay updated with GST regulations and their impact on the business.

• Financial Analysis:

• Assist in conducting financial analysis to identify trends and potential issues.
• Provide support to management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good to have experience working in Zoho Books.
