Job Description

As an Account Executive in the Accounts department at Pattikalyana, Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Bookkeeping and Data Entry: - Maintain and update the general ledger. - Reconciliation: - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records. - Verify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues as needed. - Expense Management: - Review and process employee expense reports. - Assist in monitoring company budgets and expenditures. - Other Duties: - Provide administrative support to the team. - Stay updated on financial policies, regulations, and best practices. - Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related role (internship experience is acceptable). - Skills and Competencies: - Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. As a full-time Account Executive, you will be working day shifts and should have the ability to commute/relocate as needed. Additionally, a CA-Inter certification is preferred for this role. Please note that the working conditions for this position are full-time, and the job type is fixed shift, morning shift. In this role, you will be expected to work in person at the specified location in Haryana.,
