Position: Accountant

Qualification: B.com Graduate (preferably with a specialization in Accounting or Finance)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: SR Nagar, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records utilizing Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.

- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and associated documentation.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Maintain general ledger entries and ensure the accuracy of the books of account.

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely reporting of transactions.

- Support compliance with GST, TDS, PF and ESI other statutory regulations as required by governmental authorities.

- Assist in payroll processing and maintain records related to employee expenses.

- Collaborate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

- Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and provide them to management for informed financial decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or equivalent alternatives.

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.

- Ability to manage deadlines effectively while multitasking.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- It is essential to possess knowledge regarding the process of filing an invoice.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Familiarity with GST, TDS, PF and ESI additional taxation matters.
