Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct account reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with financial planning and analysis.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems.
- Inter CA would be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
