Job Description

KRISHNA CONSTRUCTIONA AND RMC is a fast-growing manufacturing of READY MIX CONCRETE with a strong presence and a large customers who Trust our RMC Quality. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
Tally supplier payments and reconcile vendor accounts.
Manage staff salaries, reimbursements, and other payments on time.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist with audits.
Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, and expense control.
Coordinate with management for financial planning and compliance.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally ERP and general accounting software.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience in handling accounts payable/receivable, salary processing, and bank reconciliations.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (RMc industry preferred but not mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
