Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Conduct audits and prepare audit reports.
Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with spreadsheets and databases.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
