Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and finalization of

  financial statements

  including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Timely and accurate filing of

  GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns

  .
• Manage

  Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

  , and perform

  Bank Reconciliations

  .
• Monitor

  property-related financials

  such as leases, rentals, and project budgets.
• Ensure

  compliance with statutory requirements

  and real estate financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for

  internal and statutory audits

  .
• Analyze

  project costs, profitability

  , and

  returns on investment (ROI)

  .
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date

  financial records and documentation

  .
• Assist in

  budgeting, forecasting

  , and

  cash flow management

  .
• Provide financial insights to support

  management decision-making

  .

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  accounting principles, taxation laws

  , and

  financial reporting standards

  .
• Expertise in

  Tally, QuickBooks, SAP

  , or any

  real estate ERP systems

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Excel

  pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial management.
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to

  handle multiple projects and deadlines

  efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of

  real estate accounting standards

  and

  project-based accounting

  .

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelors Degree in

  Accounting, Commerce, or Finance

  (B.Com / M.Com).
• Professional qualifications such as

  CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

  preferred.
• Certifications in

  Tally ERP, SAP

  , or

  Advanced Excel

  will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in accounting and finance.
• Prior experience in the

  real estate, construction, or property management industry

  .
• Proven experience in handling

  GST, TDS, statutory compliance

  , and

  project financial analysis

  .
