Accountant fresher

• Only BA/B.Com – Fresher Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally; coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth communication.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients based on product/service requirements; follow up as needed.
• Generate invoices accurately using Excel or billing software; ensure timely dispatch to clients or internal departments.
• Assist in maintaining records of quotations, invoices, and client communications in both physical and digital formats.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure seamless order processing and billing.
• Maintain a tracker of client interactions, follow-ups, and payment statuses.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry, proper filing, and documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Support the operations team in routine administrative tasks and internal coordination.
• Report any discrepancies or unusual issues to the senior team or relevant department immediately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and compliance with office protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
