We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounts, tax filings, and compliance processes.Role Summary As an Accountant at Fi5th Media, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and preparing timely reports. You will handle GST, TDS, vendor payments, and financial reporting for the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities Tax & Compliance Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9) and handle TDS returns. Ensure statutory filings and government payments (PT, ESI, PF, etc.) are up to date. Payments & Record Keeping Manage accounts payable and receivable. Oversee vendor invoices, payments, and reimbursements. Reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).Maintain accurate books using Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks. Banking & Reconciliation Handle bank entries and reconcile statements with internal records. Maintain vouchers and financial documentation.Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance. 2+ years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian tax compliance. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
