Job Title: Accountant

Location: SONIPAT
Salary: Up to ₹23,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance department in ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments).
• Handle data entry in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Busy or any other ERP).
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Handle petty cash and maintain vouchers/bills.
• Support audit processes and respond to auditor queries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax rules.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in handling GST returns and TDS filings.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Email correspondence.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
