Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy of financial documents, and assist in budgeting and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger and chart of accounts
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial forecasting
• Monitor and manage budgets and expenditures
• Generate financial reports for management review
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Tally Prime
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
