Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and entries.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Handle invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required.

Customer Service & Support:

• Resolve customer queries related to OPD plans, health packages, and general usage.
• Handle post-sale service issues and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP/MS Excel preferred).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
